Introduction
Flow can track servicing and maintenance cycles for Flow enabled coffee machines.
To utilise this feature in the Flow Dashboard create a “Service” record when a service is performed, which records the date of the service along with which items were serviced. The service items that Flow tracks are:
General service
Grouphead seals
Grinder burrs
Water filter
Flow will then track the days and shots poured since the last service and provide a prioritised list of coffee machines that require servicing:

Enable maintenance for an organisation and configure maintenance thresholds
The maintenance feature is disabled by default. To enable maintenance for an organisation edit the organisation and click the “Enable maintenance” button.
Additionally you can configure the service intervals (in days and shots poured) and service due warning thresholds for the organisation on this screen:

Booking a service
To book a service for a coffee machine click the service icon at the right of the maintenance row (Or navigate to Operations → Services then click the New button at the top of the page):

For operational planning the service can be booked for a future date along with the service items that are required, and then after the service has been completed the record can be updated to indicate which service items were performed:

Or alternately service records can be retrospectively created indicating which items were serviced on a given date:

To view a list of pending and completed services navigate to Operations → Services:
